Wow, how can I forget this phrase? Yes, it is a wonderful addition. I heard it regularly. “Fair and square” is what we all want…

I remember in the 1950s in the US “to be square” is to be considered very bookish and socially awkward.

Wow, nice phrase. I’ve never heard of this phrase, but it sounds quite down to earth. LOL.

Wait. I see. Probably this is in contrast to a socially smooth person, who can navigate any situation like a ball rolling from one place to another without any perceived pause.

I don’t know if that’s true. It does sound plausible though.

Haha, plausible is the word.

A wholesome list! Your grandmother might not approve of this post 😉 (with reference to one of your earlier posts).

You are soooooooo right. My grandmother would disapprove of this so much that her orthodoxy mind will go into overdrive. That’s the forbidden word number one.

Very interesting list of words. I have no idea a love square was a thing. I’ve heard of a love triangle but never a love square.

I’ve never heard of this myself, but it showed up on a google search of idioms. I usually only pick those that I’ve heard before, but “love square” seems too interesting to be excluded from the list. What a phrase. I’ve never seen any love square before although I’ve seen love triangle many times in my life.

Yeah I don’t know of any love squares either but the concept is definitely very interesting.

Yes, a story about a love square rather than a love triangle. I wonder if it can be done.

I don’t know but there must be some. I’ll let you know if I ever find a book or something with a love square.

Hahaha. I’ve never seen one and I wonder how complicated it is.

I would definitely not want to be part of one lol. Although I was accidentally part of a love triangle at one point a couple of years back.

I had been in a love triangle a couple of times before I became vigilant about men’s betrayals. The problem was that I didn’t even know I was in a love triangle and ended up being outmaneuvered without even knowing there was a maneuvering going on.

Sorry to hear that but it definitely happens unfortunately.

Hahaha. I’ve gone through all these things. Now looking back, I understand that I sometimes wondered, “what if?”

Perhaps by subject and set up similar to as thesaurus, like a dictionary, but by subject and then alphabetical. This is a wonderful resource for anyone coming into this country that is not familiar with slang or terminology that she can’t find in a dictionary. You do a very comprehensive job of covering each subject matter you write on. I think it’s very sellable myself. Sending you my love, Joni🤗❤️
